This lot of prime land in Frigate Bay is in an area, evenly sloping from the main roadway. The entire lower section of the lot is bordered by the main roadway that would give no challenge to construction of an entrance for a dwelling in the future. The gradient of the land makes it a natural and perfect location for easy construction of a multilevel home. The current vegetation on the lot indicates that it is arable and would support a nice lawn and flower garden. Though the area in which it is located is tranquil, it is not completely isolated.
